My favourite foods in Dili at the moment:
Carpaccio at Cafe Brazil. Fantastic raw beef.
The fusion rolls at Gion. California comes to Dili.
Any of the salads with rocket (no, not him, I mean arugala) at Motion.
Mrs. Macs pies at Tiger fuels.
.......
Oh, and Motion have the best Gin and Tonics I have tried outside of my house.
